Place My Order
1. How do I place my order 

It’s really simple after you have decided what all you want to buy

Step 1: On the product page define the quantity. Click the "Buy Now" button and it will be added to your shopping cart. Thereafter you will get an option to either "continue shopping" or to "checkout". You can continue shopping and add as many products to your shopping cart.

Step 2: Finally when you want to pay for all you have chosen, click on your shopping bag icon in the top right corner of the page.

Step 3: Make any last minute additions if you wish to and click on “checkout”.

Step 4: Provide us with your billing address, shipping address, gifting instructions if any and payment details.

Step 5: Once the order is placed, you will see a confirmation page with an order number and we will send you an email confirming your order.

2. Can I buying multiple products in single order?  

Of course you can! Just add all the products you wish to buy onto your shopping cart. You can even buy varying quantities of each product. This way you can even save on shipping charges applicable on order value below Rs. 2000/-

3. Can I get the products delivered to an address that is different to my billing address?  

For sure! You can do this by filling in your address as the ‘billing address’ and the address you wish to ship it to as the 'shipping address'.

4. How do I know that my order is confirmed?  

Once your order is confirmed, you will see a confirmation page displaying a unique Order ID, a listing of the item(s) you have ordered. Additionally, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will also be notified when we dispatch the item(s) from our warehouse with the respective tracking details.

5. Do I have to have an account to place an order at Mohh?  

No, you do not as you can place an order by just providing your email address, however it is highly recommended that you do create a Mohh account. This will make your shopping very convenient and you could get best offers and obtain discounts on future purchases. Would’nt you love shopping more for less!

6. How do I sign up for a Mohh account?  

Really really simple! All you need to do is provide us with your name, email address and a password of your choice. Don’t want to remember one more password, just log in with your Facebook or Google id and you are done!

7. What are the benefits of signing up?  

Signing up for a Mohh account will give you substantial benefits and give you a superior shopping experience. You will be able to:

  • Track all past and present orders at any time in one place!
  • Get notifications as soon as your favourite products are back in stock!
  • Rate and review products!
  • Shop without having to fill in your address and payment details more than once!
  • Accumulate Reward Points and receive discounts on future purchases!
Pay for My Order
1. How do I pay for a Mohh purchase?  

Mohh offers you several payment options on your purchases. These include:

  • Debit and Credit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Cash on Delivery
  • Mohh Gift Vouchers
2. How safe is it to use my debit/credit card or make an online payment on Mohh?  

We use HDFC Bank’s secure payment gateway for payments through credit/ debit cards and netbanking. With industry-standard secure payment methods all your online transactions at Mohh are processed in an extremely secure environment.

3. What is Cash on Delivery (CoD)?  

If you are still uncomfortable making online payments, you can use our Cash on Delivery (CoD) facility on eligible products. This facility allows you to pay your invoice amount in cash at the time of actual delivery to your doorstep.

Note: Due to the limitations of the couriers we use, CoD is not yet available for all pin codes.

4. How do I avail of the CoD facility?  

When you are entering your payment details on the checkout page, you can click on Cash on Delivery as the payment method.

5. Is CoD available for delivery to all locations in India?  

Due to the limitations of the couriers we use, CoD is not yet available for all pin codes in India.

6. Would I get charged for availing of the CoD option?  

The CoD facility is available free of cost for products eligible for this facility

7. How can I use a discount/coupon code on my order?  

During the checkout process, you will be directed to the "order review" page where you can redeem any valid Promo Codes. On this page, you can enter the promotion code and the respective discount will be applied to your order. You can then proceed to checkout and pay the remaining amount using any other form of payment.
Note: Only one coupon code can be used on a single order.

8. What are the terms and conditions for using discount/coupon codes?  

Mohh Coupon Code Terms and Conditions:

  • If you do not purchase the qualifying items added to your cart when a coupon code is in effect, the discount will not apply.
  • Coupon codes are limited to one use per customer
  • Coupon codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion ongoing on mohhindia.com at the time of redemption.
  • Applicable shipping and handling charges are applicable to all orders.
  • If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value will be subtracted from the return credit.
  • If for some reason you are facing trouble using this promotion code or the payment process has failed or been interrupted before you have placed your order successfully, please contact our customer care executives via email (help@mohhindia.com) or phone (+91-22-26055768) for further assistance.

Shipping & Delivery
1. How does the delivery process work?  

All our deliveries are serviced through reputed couriers. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your package’s tracking number as well as the name of the courier company that is processing your order. You can use the tracking number to track the status of your package on the courier company’s website.

2. What is the range of locations to which Mohh ships its products?  

Mohh ships to over 2000 pin code locations throughout India!

3. Once my order has been shipped, how how can I track it?  

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. You can use the tracking number to track the status of your package on the respective courier company’s website.

4. What is the estimated delivery time?  

We dispatch as per timelines specified (excluding Sundays and public holidays) on the product pages. Though, we keep 90% of our catalogue in our inventory, certain products or high value orders may need additional time for dispatch. Delivery time would generally be within 5-6 business days from the date of the order. Delivery may get a bit delayed during festive seasons or special offers period due to increased volumes.

5. My order will be dispatched in multiple shipments? What does this mean?  

Don’t worry! This is a completely normal situation. This just means that different parts of your order may have simply been shipped from our different warehouse locations. Rest assured, you will pay any applicable shipping charge only on the first package you receive.

6. Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?  

Orders worth Rs. 2000/- or more have no additional shipping charge. For orders less than Rs 2000/- a flat charge of Rs.200 is applicable

7. How are items packed?  

We pack our products in boxes, which are covered in a waterproof plastic layer. Each individual package is bubble wrapped for added protection. We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging. Till date, we have received minimal complaints about damaged products due to our packaging.

8. Does Mohh ship outside India?  

Unfortunately, Mohh does not ship outside India at the moment. However, we are working on starting international delivery as soon as possible, so stay tuned!

9. Does Mohh have any physical stores?  

Not as yet.

My Account & My Orders
1. How can I create a Mohh account?  

Just click on "My Account" icon and select the “Register” tab in the drop down menu. Fill in your name, email address and password. Don’t want to remeber another password, you can even sign up using your Facebook or Google account. Yes, it is that simple!

2. How can I save my address on Mohh?  

When you sign up for your Mohh account, you can enter all your details including your address and phone number onto your account page and it will be recorded for future purposes! This way you do not have to keep filling in your details for every new order.

3. What if I forget my account password?  

Click on the Forgot Password link below the sign up area. You will immediately be redirected to a new page where you will be instructed to fill in your email address. Soon after, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

4. How do I check the current status of my order?  

You can review the status of your orders and other related information by visiting the "My Orders" tab in your "My Account" page and you can instantly see the status of a specific order.

5. What does the different order status mean?  

Pending Payment Verification: Your order has been logged into our system but the payment has not gone through yet.

Payment Error: Your payment has not gone through.

Processing: Your order is being processed by us and will be dispatched shortly.

Order Shipped: Your order has been dispatched by us and is with the courier company on its way to your address.

Order Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled.

Partially Shipped:Part(s) of your order have been dispatched; the next part(s) will be following shortly.

6. Can I order a product that is “Out of Stock”?  

Unfortunately, products listed as “Out of Stock” are not available for sale. However, we can notify you as soon as the product is back in stock. Simply click on the product. Once you are on the product page, you will immediately see an option to notify you when the product is back in stock. Remember, this can only be done if you have a Mohh account and you are signed in at that time

Returns, Replacements and Refunds
1. How do I return an item purchased on Mohh?

2. I have received a damaged or defective item/wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?  

Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse, however there is a slight possibility that the product could get damaged during shipment. If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or you have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund:

Step 1: Email our Customer Support team (help@mohhindia.com) a photo of the damaged product with the Bar Code within 48 hours of receiving your order

Step 2: Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund. You could choose to get a full refund in the form of store credits or get a refund on your original credit or debit card used for payment in which case return shipping charges and a stocking fee will be applicable.

Items that may have been damaged, defective or sent by error will be fully refunded.  MOHH will arrange to pick up these products from you and replace them free of charge if possible or issue a refund for the cost of goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping. However, refunds will only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging and will be subject to the approval given by our quality control team.

3. Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?  

Yes. The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.

4. Can I return part of my order?  

Yes. A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/replacement/refund for each individual item.

5. How will I get refunded for the returned/refunded orders and how long will this process take?  

In the case of a return/replacement/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse. For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 21 days of us receiving the products back. It may take 3-5 additional days for the amount to reflect in your account. For offline payments or cash on delivery transactions, we will issue a cheque in the name and address as specified in the billing details with the refund amount within 21 days of us receiving the products back.

1. What measures are taken to ensure the quality of Mohh products?  

We at Mohh are fully dedicated to our customers’ satisfaction. Rest assured that our products are 100% genuine and authentic handcrafted creations. All our jewellery pieces are made with 92.5% silver and bags with natural material.
