Returns & Exchange

Before you return a MOHH product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. The products therefore may vary slightly and we ensure that all our products go through quality control before shipping.

In the odd case that you do not love your MOHH products, here is our policy on returns:

  1. Products that are eligible for return, can be returned within 3 days of receiving the merchandise. Eligible products will be easily visible on our product screens under shipping information. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them in exactly the way in which they were received (unworn, with original packaging).
  2. Not all products are eligible for returns. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as keep our prices fair, many items are "Final Sale." Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing. The products which are not eligible for return are marked on the product page.
  3. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product with the Bar Code. You must email us about any damaged product with the Bar Code. You must email us about any damaged items in your shipment within 48 hours of receiving your order.  
  4. The MOHH team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved by our quality control team, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed upon time or in the alternative, we will inform you on the most mutually convenient return method.
  5. Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund. You could choose to get a full refund in the form of store credits or get a refund on your original credit or debit card used for payment in which case return shipping charges and a stocking fee will be applicable.
  6. Items that may have been damaged, defective or sent by error will be fully refunded.  MOHH will replace the items free of charge if possible or issue a refund for the cost of goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping. However, refunds will only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging and will be subject to the approval given by our quality control team.
  7. We aim to process all returns within 2 week. If you have any questions about your return, feel free to reach out to our team at for any further assistance.
  8. All returns are subject to the sole discretion of MOHH.
  9. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.
  10. As the charge to your credit card/account would have already been done online at the time when you made the purchase and authorized the payment, we will provide a refund to your account via the respective payment gateway, if applicable, as per the situations given below.
  • Refunds will be done in the following case:
    1. Genuine quality issues.
    2. Packages lost in transit.
    3. In case MOHH discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you.
  • No refunds will be given in the following cases:
    1. Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
    2. Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
    3. After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agencies
    4. Package refused by recipient.
    5. Sizing issues. Please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.
    6. Products returned in a used, damaged, soiled or altered condition.
    7. Products might look different from the ones you see on the website. No refunds shall be given for minor color and design variation(s). All our products are handcrafted and use natural stones, material & fabric so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.
    8. If the jewellery is not faulty or damaged.
    9. Products which are part of sets cannot be returned individually.
    10. On discounted or season-end sale products.

All products sold on this website are guaranteed authentic. However, we are unable to comment on the authenticity of items not purchased through us.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Charges/ Delivery Method
  1. At MOHH, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed courier service providers.
  2. Shipping within India is FREE for all orders above Rs. 2000 (handling or convenience charges may apply). For orders below Rs. 2000, we charge a flat Rs. 100 shipping fee, it may vary depending on the destination and weight of your parcel.
  3. Orders delivered to remote areas which are out of the regular delivery zone are charged at Rs. 200. For orders shipped within India, prices are inclusive of applicable VAT.

    *PLEASE NOTE: VAT, import/ export duties and all other taxes will be applicable as per your country's regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery. Shipping charges are based on shipping destination and weight of your parcel. Shipping companies determine shipping charges based on the package weight, customs clearance and various other factors. We are unable to advise the duty amount.   4. Because each craftsman and artisan's process is unique, shipping times may vary depending upon the Product. Please refer to the product page for specific shipping time.
  5. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes or for any other reasons beyond our control.
  6. As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.
Important Shipping Information:
  • Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.
  • Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and will commence from the date of dispatch.
  • We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
  • All orders require a signature and proof of ID upon receipt of order.
  • Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
  • We make our best efforts to deliver each item in your order within 5 to 6 working days of your placing the order, inclusive of processing time. Most of our products are available for shipment within 3 working days. However, in some cases, we may take longer, to ship the order as we may have to produce/procure it.
  • While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
  • In the unlikely event that we are not able to deliver your complete order within 5 to 6 working days, you can request us to cancel the remaining unshipped parts of the order. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded; in the manner you have made the payment.
  • If you believe that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our help desk [Helpline/ Customer Care Number: +912226055768 or email us at, mentioning your order reference number. We shall try our best to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
  • MOHH will be not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances.

* PLEASE NOTE: Recipient needs to keep a photocopy of any of the following photo ID proofs handy for receiving the delivery.

Our customer care service may contact you for additional information if required. After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us.


MOHH insures each order during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature and proof of ID for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept a signature by them as well as their photo ID as evidence of delivery.

Cancellation/ modification of order
  • We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.
  • Though the MOHH website itself does not have any option to cancel an order once the payment is made, you can definitely get in touch with our Customer Care service at the earliest (within 24 hours of placing the order) with your Order No. to cancel it.
  • If your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund the amount. You could choose to get a full refund in the form of store credits or get a refund on your original credit or debit card used for payment in which case a stocking fee and any charges levied by the credit card company will be applicable
  • Our Customer Care team is always at your service in case you want to modify your order; They will also be happy to help you if you want to update your shipping address. Remember to be as quick as possible and contact our Customer Service at the earliest for anything like this. Requests received after your order has been shipped will not be entertained.
